This cake has a camping theme, complete with a lego fire, fisherman, bear, and a stream of sweet gummy fish.




Sorry about the layout, but this cake was made for my niece's 2nd birthday. Strawberry icing with marshmallow fondant bows and polka dots. Yum Yum!

~One Days work~ Pies Pies and cake!

I love being challenged. Today i had the opportunity to make pies for the first time. Something i probably should have learned long ago. I loved every minute of it! I got really daring and tried my own recipe to spice up a pumpkin pie recipe. I'm calling it a Pumpkin Pecan Pie. It smelt delicious and Mark, hopefully it tasted delicious as well.



Also, a tasty twist on strawberry shortcake... made it into a punch bowl cake. Happy Birthday Grandma..love you!

Halloween Fun!

Halloween chocolate bark! So good! I'm so glad i discovered this. Already i have ate a whole batch alone. That's how good it is! Chocolate combined with all the best candy bars: Reese's, Butterfinger, Skor bar and more. Drizzled with white chocolate. This is so easy to make and almost tastes too good!

This cake was so good! Definitely my personal favorite. It was chocolate cake with a raspberry whipped cream filling. Rich chocolate frosting gave it just the right thing. Let's not forget the yummy raspberries sprinkled on the top, and oreos on the side
